At Goodé, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products. Please review our policy below before placing your order.

Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

This policy ensures the safety, integrity, and quality of all products we ship.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Email us at: goodecosmeticscontact@gmail.com

  • Include your order number

  • Provide clear photo proof of the damaged product and packaging

Once reviewed and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.


Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, you must notify us within 30 days of the delivery date.

To process your claim, we may require:

  • Confirmation of your shipping address

  • Photo evidence (if applicable)

  • A written statement confirming non-receipt

Each case will be reviewed individually.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued in the following circumstances:

  • Product arrives damaged

  • Product arrives defective

  • Order is confirmed delivered but not received (subject to review)

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Minor packaging variations

  • Delays caused by the carrier


Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–15 business days.
